Klacht: Medicine taken from my package

Mijn Klacht:

I’ve got a package delivered to me from Brasil. The original package had some important medicine for my treatment on rhinitis and also a t-shirt. The lack of this medicine can cause me serious breathing issues.
Post NL removed this medicine from my package and also put a letter me asking not to receive medicine from abroad anymore.
The funny fact is that post NL has also opened my package from Brasil the two times before (racism?), both of them had the medicine I’m talking about, and both of them post NL released everything and delivered to me.
So, my questions is: why have I got my medicine STOLEN from me just on the third time? It’s the second huge issue involving Post NL in less than a month, which leads me to the question: are you guys targeting me or something? This is really starting to be a bit scary with a dictatorship feeling.
Hope I can have a good answer for it.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Release the medicine for rhinitis treatment you already released for two times before.

Geboden Oplossing:

Dear sir, madam,

Thank you for your message. I understand that you have a complaint about a shipment you received from abroad. The medicine that was in the parcel was not allowed and taken out of the parcel. I would like to respond to your message.

It is not allowed to send medicine from abroad to the Netherlands. This is probably the reason that the parcel was opened and that you did not receive the medicine. This has nothing to do with racism. The rules on what is allowed to be shipped to the Netherlands are not made by PostNL. We just have to follow them. Therefore, I cannot arrange for the medicine to be delivered to you. Why this did not happen previously, I cannot tell you.

I hope to have informed you sufficiently.

Yes, you did informed me sufficiently. Therefore, still a service to be avoided with all these failures.
