I sent a package with important documents from Netherlands to Czech Republic on 17th of June. PostNL could not deliver the documents and it returned to Netherlands on 25th of June. So far I have not received it in home and after call the customer service they told me that they can not localize where are my package is. I need it urgently!!!
I can understand the issue on the delivery, it happens, BUT HOW IT IS POSSIBLE TO RETURN IT TO NETHERLANDS AND LOST IT????????
