Ik had 10 x 100 ml collal fotolijm besteld, maar kreeg 10 x 50 ml. Toen ik erover belde, zei men doodleuk dat het een foutje op de website was. Ze kon niks aan de situatie veranderen. Ik zei:"Dan had ik het net zo goed bij de hobbyzaak kunnen halen, was ik nog goedkoper uitgeweest!", maar daarop kreeg ik geen reactie. Als ik het nou terug wil sturen,kost het me altijd de verzendskosten, dus je bent eigenlijk verplicht het te houden. Ik voel me bedonderd.
