I was looking for a new kitchen. Wesley from Keukensale called me and said, if I come to sign the contract that weekend on Black Friday. he will give me good price and make sure I will receive a beautiful kitchen. When I signed the contract I said to Patrick from the Keukensale, that on the 3D the height of kitchen is wrong and he needs to come to make measurements and change that. I also showed him that on the right side of the sink I have drawers and it's important I have drawers as well. I also asked to have the height the same as I had with the fridge position that I currently have. In the end Patrick didn't change nothing in his drawings from Black Friday. He didn't adjust the measurements as we asked him to. The entire kitchen is wrong in height. I am so so sad at this moment. When I called them, they are angry at me, telling me that, that's what I signed. That it's all my fault that I didn't communicate it with them. While I know 100% I showed him pictures of how I want my kitchen to be, I showed them at home during measurements how important for me the drawers on the right side and left side next to the sink and not only under the cooking island. When I said I will write a review and share my experience, Wesley was threatening to sue me for my bad review. I am so so sorry to ever work with this company at this moment. They refuse to hear me out. They refuse to admit their mistake that they promised to make measurements and adjust the drawings, they never did the adjustments. I can show you pictures before and after. I can show you how beautiful my closets were in the original kitchen and I asked them to do the same in the white color. I paid 18000 euros for a kitchen which turned out to be wrong size, with the fridge that is placed at the top and I can't reach the top of the fridge. While all the closets are 30 cm short and small. I also told Patrick at the office, that I don't have electrician and I need them to arrange electrician, they told me I need to put a side 1500 euro for that. Which I did. But when they took my old kitchen apart I needed to arrange my own electric and he asked me 2700 euros. Dealing with Keukensale so far was the worse experience I ever had. The owners were screaming at me, threatening me, accusing me that I didn't communicate anything with them. And that is not true. You can clearly see that my old kitchen is high and with multiple drawers and that's what I asked them to make - same drawers and height kitchen with white color. Neither Patrick, neither Wesley listened to my requests.

Grote scheur achterwabd

Er is bij ons in 2021 een keuken gemonteerd in de maand juni We hebben je contact over gehad afgelopen januari en zit namelijk een scheur in onze achterwand deze scheur wordt steeds erger en helaas met ons verteld dat het pech was en dat wij zelf een nieuwe achterwand moeten kopen en monteren

Scheve kastjes

Eind 2018 een keuken gekocht, en al vrij snel ginger er kastjes scheef hangen. In totaal zijn er nu 8 verschillende monteurs geweest. Iedere x werd alles weer rechtgezet, maar na enkele weken ging het weer scheef hangen. Ik heb contact gehad ( meerdere keren) met monteurs bedrijf en keukensale. Volgens de monteur is het een dag werk om alles te demonteren ,monteren en afkitten. Wie gaat dat betalen.

Geen plinten gekregen

Mensen koop hier geen keuken, Wij wachten al vanaf juli 2020 op de plinten van onze keuken! Wij hebben alle verplichtingen voldaan en natuurlijk alles betaald, maar aan de keukensale kant blijft het heel stil!! Willeke

Monteur had het te warm en kwam niet. Tegels te kort en er werd opgehangen bij het uiten van opgenoegen

De monteur die zou komen plaatsen op maandag ochtend mailt op vrijdagavond 5 minuten na sluitingstijd dat hij maandagochtend niet begint. Hij had vertraging opgelopen door de hitte. De medewerker wist mij te vertellen dat meneer eerder met vakantie was gegaan wegens de warmte. Vervolgens kwam hij dagen later en komt er achter dat er te weinig tegels zijn besteld. Wij zouden de eerste verjaardag van onze dochter vieren en er werd gezegd dat echt alles geregeld zal zijn. Helaas. Niks van waar. En de baas, die krijg je niet te spreken en neemt zelf het fatsoen niet om even te bellen! Bah bah bah! Wat een zaak!

keuken is op 24-03-2016 gemonteerd helaas waren er enkele onderdelen verkeerd geleverd en een spatwand achter het fornuis verkeerd gemonteerd nu zitten we bijna in 2017 en de keuken is nog steeds niet afgemonteerd naar tevredenheid . meerdere malen telefoon / mail contact gehad. antwoord van de verkoper onderdelen zijn onderweg of problemen met personele bezetting en allerlei beloftes bij de laatste belofte tel.dat de keuken voor de kerstdagen afgemaakt zou worden ,bla,bla,etc. Hoe goed zijn bedoelingen ook waren.het liefst zou ik willen dat hij de hele keuken op komt halen zodat ik naar een keuken handelaar kan gaan die wel zijn verplichtingen nakomt. Heb het helemaal gehad met keukensale !
