Na aankoop broekjes thuis alles verwijderd ( prijskaartje labels) bij het dragen blijkt electies taille niet voldoende m.a.w. zakt af. In winkel zegt men niets te kunnen doen omdat ik geen klankkast heb en alles verwijderd is. Ook aankoopbon is richting afval gegaan.

Bedrag van retourzending niet terug gekregen

8 okt 2021 heb ik een deel van mijn bestelling retour gezonden. Het bedrag van 43,66 heb ik niet terug gestort gekregen. Ik heb twee maal (27 dec 2021 en 1 febr 2022) contact gehad met hen via de chat op hun website, maar zonder gewenst resultaat

I ordered 2 items online for the first time at this company. Both items were too big, so i contacted the company the day after the delivery and asked for return. I was told on the 10th of March, that someone will come and pickup the goods, and i willr recieve a refoutn. Nobody came to pickup the goods ever since and the refount also did not took place. 3 mohts have passed and I dont get any reaction to my mails from the company.
