Mijn Klacht:

I am expecting a courier from India to Netherlands (Consignment Number :ED997721039IN) couriered via Indian post.

The status of the same is showing Item Hold at AMSTERDAM INTERNATIONAL MAIL CENTRE.

How can I receive my courier ? What needs to be done from my end to receive it ?


Gewenste Oplossing:

What is the reason of Item hold ?

What am I supposed to do get courrier deliveled ?

is there any timelines for this kind of delivery ?

I can imagine that it is very annoying that you have not yet received your package. I would therefore advise you to contact the sender. The sender can have an investigation carried out at the post office in the country of origin because the package has not had new scans for a week and I do not know where the package has gone.
