I have made installment contract for the debt. According to this contract I need to pay monthly, and I have all confirmations, I checked with Customer service 16/06/2017 that my installment payments are still within VGZ, and I DO have this confirmation:

Hello , you received the invoice of € 358,34 because for the premium of June (€ 225,90) and the terms of the installments (€ 132,44) you agreed on.
However in the end of June I receive the letter from incasso company, saying that I need to pay them the same amount I have in installments at VGZ. When I tried to contact VGZ, they told me, that indeed my installment payments contract was terminated without notifying me, and send to incasso. However the direct debit from my bank account stating the 358,34 euro, that again proves that VGZ didn’t terminate the installment payments contract.
After several tries to get the clear information, I finally wrote written claim this time to VGZ on 5/06/2017 they responded only on 25 week, and I got an unpleasant call from mrs. Hilde Oomen, who was rude and impolite.
She didn’t even listen to me, because the problem is more serious and unusual than just non-payment. She didn’t let me to speak and to answer her, but only speaks about what is happening now, saying that installment contract was terminated already in May and dropped the phone, and never called back.
The “now” situation would have never happen if I would receive any information/ notification or letter about any problems with contract and its future termination. Also now the Customer Service (Facebook) messages behaves not quite helpful and refuses to give any information and sending to incasso bureau.
The situation became fatal as the Customer service couldn’t provide right information and couldn’t provide any information so I could take the apropriate actions, and there is also no transparency with the invoices.It is absolutely impossible to check if the invoices are paid in MijnVGZ, and VGZ doesn’t notify when they are going to terminate the contract, that is unacceptable. And I haven’t received any contract termination notices.
That is just awful, that after so a lot of confirmations from VGZ customer service that I do have my installment payment contract in place, I am now forced to pay to incasso and pay for the incasso costs.
I would like to ask you to help with this case.
I do not agree to pay to the incasso company, as I was deceived by nontransparent actions of VGZ.

2. Let me pay to VGZ according to installment contract. I will pay with no delay and exactly according to the contract
