Last week I send some docs to Singapore and I added a small fashion jewelry piece inside. The parcel was kept on hold since the customs informations for the product were missing: they sent me the CN form to be filled and signed so I sent the document back. I even asked if a shipment fee upgrade was needed but they said it was fine just the way it was.
Result: after over one week the envelope arrived and ONE EARRING only was inside.
The internal filling material wasn’t there anymore.
Thanks DHL Express! That’s not the proprer way to refuse a shipment 🙁
If you had sent it back to me and asked for an upgrade, I would have paid for it 👍
If I get a new waybill issued in order to resend the second earring or if I get the shipment refunded.
