Mijn Klacht:

I booked 2 tickets from Amsterdam to Muchen and back with GoLeif for my boyfriend and me.

When I checked the arrangements the 2 tickets are named on my name twice.

When I made contact with Goleif they want to charge me with a 100 euro for this name change.
This is not correct to charge this amount of money as a new ticket would cost the same.
I can not proof that I did not make this mistake, but I`m shore I filed out the data of my boyfriend.
Beside this it is not correct to book two tickets on the same name and that there are no bells ringing.
