Klacht: Fraud and lost package

Mijn Klacht:

Today at 18:55 I received an email saying my package has been delivered at my adress AND that it has been signed for (a weird cross scribble can be seen) . Then a few minutes later my doorbell rings and I answer but there is no one talking back to me and I also don’t see anyone but I still (without seeing anyone infront of the camera) open the comunity door from upstairs in my appartement thinking that it might be my package, I stood waiting for the delivery, but after 10minutes no one shows up to my front door, I then walk down stairs to the front apartment entrance (comunity door) and still see no DHL, so I check my mailbox to find no packages, I then head upstairs and ask all of my neighbours if they recieved my Douglas package from DHL and If they perhaps signed for it, they all said that they had not seen any delivery person come by with my package. I ask of you HOW can it be that it was signed for and stated as delivered if I have received NOTHING?? Where is my package and who is the person that committed fraud by signing for my property ?? This is not the first time that DHL is costing me time, effort and money!!! I tried reaching customer service but ofcourse no one was available, I despise DHL, there is always a problem with my packages that none of the other delivery companies have!! If it is a possibility to add an extra note to anything I order I always specifically ask for companies to NOT send my packages via DHL. Unfortunately this time there were no possibility for me to put in that request and sure as you know it my package is LOST!!!!!!!!!! I need answers , I will complain to anyone and everything until it is sorted out!!

Gewenste Oplossing:

For my property to be delivered in my hands, and an appology. Also I would like for DHL to send all my future packages to post.nl for post.nl to deliver it!! I am DONE with DHL , my packages never reach me because of lies and fraud!! And then I have to put in the time effort and money to soort it out!!

Due to the COVID-measurements, drivers have to sign off packages them self, so that's why it has been signed. Could you send me the tracking number of this package? I checked this for you and I see that the package has the status of being delivered, but unfortunately you have not received anything.

I've just started an investigation to find out where this package is now. An inquiry takes 3-5 business days. Douglas will be contacted and Douglas will notify you. The case number is: 12701140. I hope the package arrives soon.

It has been 7 working days and I have had no contact with DHL other than the message of starting an investigation. Where is my package ?
