Klacht: DHL sending a package from amsterdam to amsterdam use 4days more?

Mijn Klacht:

my package was sent from china on 22 of June and arrived in Amsterdam on 24 of June. Then I.got a payment request by msm. After I paid online at early morning 24of June then the system lead me to choose a.delivery point, but then the night mare start. Because I have to work on 24of June, Then I choose a delivery point close to my work. But I found the system told me, the delivery time is estimated to 27of June. I know in the dictionary, the estimated means maybe. but by DHL the estimatedmeans for sure or as agreed ,but I.ordered is express DHL, that means as soon as possible so I tried to cancel the delivery point, but your DHL system no any cancel choise , only can change to other slow delivery. After I tried several time, I have to still stay in a delivery point choise, estimated 27of.June. Then I have to call the DHL service.number 24 of June at 8:00at morning, answered me that package

Then 25of June I called at morning, answered the package will.deliver 25of June around 16:00, but I still.did nog get. Then I called, answered , the package will deliver 26 of June. Come on, can you please check your system, it is an express package, international.way only 3days already in amsterdam but i have to wait 4days to get, is that only because your estimated means for sure?!or your system lead custom to a wrong way and by service even could not handle an express package in a quick way?

1 jaar geleden - I suggest all the people who use DHL system, never believe the system can take any handy change for you, never change anything from their system for your express package, changing only leading you to delay the sending time, and no people can control the system. when you call the service number, they only say sorry and give you a promise that they can send as soon as possible, but in fact it is not true.

Many thanks for your replay. But now my pacel lost from your delievry point. What can we do? I really do not understand a delivery point even can lose client package.
