Mijn Klacht:

Few days ago I wrote a complaint in this website. Today I get some juridical advices and understood one thing – in this country you have no rights at all, if your case is about financial things. These companies are not required answer your complaints, you still will have to pay money for them anyway. Better do not step in the bus at all – if something will go wrong with your OV Chip card – it is your foult, if oplaadautomat not working – your foult, if you dont have internet at home and can’t check what saldo left on your Ov card (even day before and whole week you come home tired before 24:00) still it is your foult!! Nobody will help you, because You and only You are quilty. That what I was surprised when came to this country – people aware to use public transport! Why? Very clear – if you don’t want problems – just dont use public transport! To wait for answered complaint is waisting of time – the money from you will be taken very fast, they have law for that, but to answer complaint and look to your rights – nobody cares, there is no law which would say – when complaint is given, all rest should be stoped untill it research continues.Then nobody would mind that you wait for answer 2-6 months!! I visited Juridische Locket to ask what can I do, how I can defence myself, if I disagree and to which higher law I can go, maybe international or what ever or some institutions exist here, in Holland, who understands that conflict between companies and civilians are not fair game. The only one answer was – just pay money, because later you will have to pay 6 times more. Of course, such help worth nothing. Just waist of time and what can advice two girls arround 18-22 age of old.And what about discrimination as OV Chip card user? I can’t fill in my OV card because in Haarlemmermeer area these mashines in busses somehow never working! Why they working in Leiden, in Amsterdam and everywhere arround? But not here? Company going bankrupt and keeping only from fines? The common view – going bus with 3 passangers – and 5 controle mens coming in. Is that normal?? Thats why you will never get complaint answered in time, nobody in Connexxion cares about you, they care about your money, just pay them money! Thats what they want. They dont care if you get only 180 eur for baby or 10 000 eur incomes from your own bussiness.
People, I know, it is not possible to change something in whole system which working with “touch” of government, but it is so discusting thing, that even “echt zuur” in mouth… Nederland – country with democration, rights for everyone…Where??? Can I use my rights, please?? Enough only for this one time, because I promise – will not be second time – I will never go anymore with Connexxion.

Gewenste Oplossing:

return my money back.
