A parcel has been sent from India on 03102019 to us . However, the parcel has not been delivered to us until today (22122019). Tracking the parcel indicates that it is received by AMSTERDAM INTERNATIONAL MAIL CENTRE.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Please let us know how to receive this parcel as it contain important document.

Thank you for your message. From your report I understand you have a complaint about the delivery of your parcel. I’m sorry to hear that our service doesn’t comply to your expectations. I would like to respond to your message.

I understand that you want to receive this parcel as soon as possible. I do see the parcel in our system, but unfortunately there isn't an address connected to the parcel. This parcel will get checked by hand if we can recover the parcel. Otherwise I advise you to contact the sender of this parcel. They can maybe start investigation to this parcel, so we can recover the address.
