Complaint Regarding Structural Damage on Recently Purchased Vehicle

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Mihai-Valentin Schachner , and I wish to file a complaint regarding a vehicle I purchased on September 15, 2025. Today, I had the car inspected (kleinebeurt), and it was brought to my attention that the vehicle has a serious structural defect: Location of the damage: rear left underside of the vehicle, near the suspension spring mount. Identified issue: a rust hole in the metal panel, with surrounding corrosion. This area is part of the vehicle’s structural bodywork and poses a safety risk. I consider this damage to be a pre-existing structural defect that was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I have tried to contact the seller but when i call them the call gets imidiate rejection. I request that the seller respond and provide an appropriate solution, either by repairing the damage or offering adequate compensation.
