Mijn Klacht:

I have been waiting on my parcel from the US with tracking number CH020096135US to be delivered but unfortunately I am not in The Netherlands currently and no one is at my apartment when the attempts to deliver were made. The latest status on the tracker says
Addressee not available – Addressee advised to pick up the item AMSTERDAM INTERNATIONAL MAIL CENT, NETHERLANDS. Where is the International mail center located as I will like to collect my parcel.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I will either love to pick it up when I am back in The Netherlands in 2 weeks as I am now out of town or have it redirected to another address where someone will be present to receive it.

Dear sir/miss Laryea,

From your message I gather that you were expecting a parcel and that you received a e-mail which indicated that your parcel could not be delivered. I can understand that you were curious about the options.

I checked the status of your parcel and I see that you already picked up the parcel from The Read Shop. I'm sorry that it was unclear at first that the parcel was delivered there.
