I have been using your service thinking that you were one of the most professional and reliable shipping service in the world.
I am a ceramic designer and I need to ship my pieces around the world. Unfortunately my last experience with you really disappointed me.
I took care of wrapping my ceramics properly and I even put soft foam in the cardboard box’s bottom. The box was marked with fragile but apparently your employees didn’t care about.
Two of the pieces arrived broken, not only destroying two beautiful art pieces but also gave a very bad impression of my work to the client!
I'd like to be reimbursed for the broken pieces, the shipping and for the moral implications ( bad impression with the client)
