The package arrived 2 weeks later, instead of promised 2-3 working days. The product itself - non of the LED's work, neither the case nor the headphones, the provided charging cable does not work, and the right headphone looses its charge within 30 minutes, whilst the left one works fine. No reply from customer service, neither from the Facebook page, nor the email. Tried calling the supplied phone number - apparently it does not exist
