Er werd geen informatie gegeven over een annuleringsboete. Na akkoord kreeg ik een factuur van 15% van het bod, die ik als onterecht beschouw. AutoVendi stelt dat ik akkoord ben gegaan met de algemene voorwaarden, maar de zware financiële sanctie werd niet besproken. Ik verzoek de Autoriteit Consument en Markt om een onderzoek naar deze praktijken.

This company now want from me 3000 e. They dont informed me how much time I have to make an sppointment with dealer. Just i got letter 3 days ago that my time is finish. I dont sign any contract with them. Everything just was by phone. Also they told me if i dont go and cancel this sale i dont get any penalty. Now they want 3000 e. They looking for so stupid people to get easy money
