Scam company pretending to help with mice problems

On December 27th I have found online the website of this company https:www.112ongediertebestrijding.nl and I have called them to make an appointment to investigate my issue with mice in my apartment. They said they'll come right away and the price starts with 30 euros, they'll make a quote for service needed and offer 3 months guarantee for their service. I agreed, they came to my place, spread lots of poison in all corners of the apartment, and said that in a couple of days max the mice will eat the poison and dry out and that will solve the problem. They charged me a bit over 500 euros, invoking that it's the ride to my place, weekend fee, the poison, and guarantee. I asked them what happens if I still have mice after a week, and they said that I should make another appointment and they will come for free to check, close gaps and put additional poison, but they also assured me that this will not be the case. After a week, the issue was still as bad as before, the poison did nothing. I called, made a another appointment, waited for an hour an half, called the company a couple of times, they assured that someone is on his way, but nobody showed up, and when I called the third time to check when the guy will arrive, the phone was disconnected. It is disconnected for me since then. I cannot reach them in any way, so I am with 500euros less in my bank account, with mice in my house and infuriated by this scam of company. Please advice me on which steps are appropriate for me to get back my money and make sure that this company will not fool others like they did me.

Wij hebben 112ongediertebestrijding.nl in huis een inspectie laten doen omdat een gezinslid huiduitslag had. Men zei zeker te weten dat het bedwantsen betrof (ondanks dat wij nooit beestjes gezien hadden) en is, na onze toestemming, een bestrijding gestart á €500,-. Omdat de huiduitslag bleef hebben wij een andere partij (Rentokil) ingeschakeld, die concludeerde dat er helemaal geen bedwantsenplaag te zien was. Daarnaast kan 112ongediertebestrijding.nl volgens Rentokil helemaal niet een effectieve behandeling uitvoeren zoals zij gedaan hebben (zonder hitte). 112ongediertebestrijding.nl zou het geld retourneren maar na 10 mails, 25 belletjes en bijna 4 maanden verder nog steeds niets ontvangen. Pas op voor 112ongediertebestrijding.nl, beter doet u zaken met een gerenommeerde (en goedkopere) partij zoals Rentokil. Het bedrijf is overigens actief onder meerdere namen, waaronder 257 Dienst BV.
